When making a purchase, an email confirmation will be sent out to your mailbox. Please preserve that email, as a receipt. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email from us.
The shipping carrier will be responsible for delivery and arrival of your order.
We are proud in our commitment that is why we accept refunds or exchanges providing that the merchandise is defective (or we fail to provide a clear description of the item). All exchange items must be received within 7 days (US only) from the date of order.
